Holonomic Inquiry

We are evolving a programme of work that we call ‘Holonomics’. ‘Holo’ means ‘whole’, and ‘nomics’ means ‘law’. Holonomics is an art/science that provides us, or offers the conditions for, the emergence of a common practice, language and concepts that can help unite, yet also differentiate, in a world that is in transformation. Central to this work is the notion of the ‘field’ that is manifest in many different traditions and disciplines ; from unified field theory of new physics to the ‘ground of emergence’ of Tibetan Buddhism, to the ‘knowing field’ as described by Bert Hellinger. There are resonances too with discoveries in evolutionary biology and neuroscience, Jung’s formative work on synchronicity, and old and new areas of healing, such as shiatsu and cranio-sacral work – all of which point to a deepening awareness of the myriad number of ways in which we are interconnected.

All of our programmes contain elements of holonomics, but in-depth practice and inquiry takes place through the educational retreats and through our international seminars.
