EDUCATIONAL RETREATS

These provide a more in-depth and applied approach to the work at the EWS and will be suitable for:

  • those seeking university alternatives
  • college leavers
  • those in career transition
  • leaders and managers in business seeking new insights
  • therapists and healers seeking continuing professional development

For those wishing to gain an EWS certificate in holonomic practice, you can choose to attend three events, one of which must include either a course in sustainable business or in healing and health, and the others may be recreational retreats.

The Sustainable Business Practitioner

Our understanding is that business and business practice is not divorced from spiritual life. Our approach is based upon substantial research and practice that has been tried and tested over a period of 15 years, latterly in the work of Crucible Research, a research team at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK, and through the developmental work of Interconnections, Journal of International Management Practice, edited and created by Bronwen Rees. This work is supported by highly experienced organisational practitioners and/or academics who can understand the context of modern business.

We offer two levels:

Level 1 for those just starting out on their working life, who are looking for university alternatives, college leavers, or those simply interested in the idea of right livelihood.

Level 2 is for experienced managers and leaders seeking alternative perspectives/training, and place for depth dialogue.

We also offer organisational and community constellations for pre-formed groups, which are run on demand.

HEALING, THERAPY AND HEALTH

We are offering an introduction to holonomics for health therapists, healers, meditators, or those simply interested in learning about or deepening their spiritual practice and inquiring into the field of energy which supports us. Systemic Constellation work will be offered for time to time as continuing professional development. Training is also offered in contemplative psychotherapy and Buddhist theory and practice.
