RECREATIONAL RETREATS

These retreats provide an introduction to the East West Community and its practices, and an opportunity to enjoy the experience of relaxing with others, deepening into connection, paying attention to both body and mind. These retreats also include a half-day visit to the famous spa baths in Budapest, and a healing massage. It is an opportunity to de-toxify, explore the countryside, and feel connected with others. Although relaxing and easy, many people leave the sanctuary with a new will to make some positive changes to their values and their lives. There is plenty of time available to walk in the surrounding Buda hills, or stroll into the village. You do not need any experience of this type of work as it is a gentle and enjoyable introduction to EWS practices.
