Healing the past: Systemic Constellations
A gentle and transformative retreat for self-discovery and relaxation that includes family systems work, Kum Nye Tibetan yoga, spa baths and massage.
Family Systems work is a powerful, profoundly moving but gentle way of gaining greater understanding into ourselves and the issues that affect our lives. Based on an understanding of an energetic ‘field’ that connects us at many levels, this work offers both an ancient yet radical method for engaging with the past, and emerging consciously into the new.
Drawing on Bert Hellinger’s insights (The Orders of Love) and his methodology of creating a ‘constellation’, we can see how hidden loyalties and identifications within the family systems can give rise to repeating patterns of suffering or loss that can continue to affect family members through many generations.
Systemic Constellations can be transformative – opening us up to a wider perspective of ourselves, our families and communities and putting us in touch with a profound sense of what it means to be human.
There will be two working days of Family Systems, and an introduction to the healing practices of Kum Nye which helps ground and process the work. On the final day, there will be a visit to the spa baths, and one healing massage.
There will also be time for walking in the Buda hills, or strolling in the village.
These courses may also run as continued professional development for qualified practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of systemic influences.
